We work with multiple trusted suppliers. As a result, not all items are eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For eligible items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags or labels.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We'll coordinate a refund or replacement based on the supplier’s policy.
Holiday Exception: Orders placed between November 15 and December 25 may qualify for an extended return window. Contact us for details.
